For CAT A projects, we focus on compliant, flexible base build solutions that provide future tenant adaptability while meeting current Building Regulations and performance criteria. For CAT B fit outs, we work closely with design teams and main contractors to integrate tenant‑specific layouts, comfort requirements, and controls strategies.

By maintaining coordination with main contractors and consultants, we ensure mechanical installations are delivered accurately, coordinated with other trades, and aligned with the original design intent, programme, and cost plan.
Cherwell Council.
When Cherwell Council decided to relocate their offices, FOX Mechanical worked closely with main contractor Workplace Creations to carry out RIBA stages 4 & 5 design for the district premises.
Services included new Daikin VRV systems, Air Handling Units, WC, Shower, tea point and cleaner's facilities. Matched to a state of the art Building Management System to optimise energy consumption
Gracechurch Street.
FOX Mechanical were appointed to to carry out a Cat-A landlord upgrade in London's Square Mile.
New Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF systems and Nuaire Heat Recovery Units were installed, along with new high-end WC facilities.
Due to site constraints, condensing units were stripped and rebuilt within a purpose built enclosure on the roof.
Mount Street - Mayfair.
Developing a client-lead conceptual design, FOX Mechanical designed and delivered a complex upgrade scheme in the heart of London's Mayfair.
New 4-pipe fan coil units and associated CHW and LTHW services were installed, chemically flushed and commissioned. New client bar, WCs and shower were also installed within the project scope.
Global Bank - London.
Working on behalf of a confidential global bank, we were appointed to carry out thermal modelling and Stage-4 design for a full refurbishment.
Daikin R32 VRV was selected to provide efficient comfort heating and cooling. Local MVHR units were installed to provide tempered fresh air for occupant comfort.
